10/10, best pre-made meals. We have tried them all and by far GMD is superior! Meals are really tasty and the veggies are not rubber, they taste fresh. Since using GMD, we have hit all our gym goals and as parents, it is nice to have some help in the kitchen, more time for family! Thanks GMD team! Keep doing your thing.

First time trying GMD after trying others wow great fresh quality meals pepper steak with mash and chicken dishes very well made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend and good size portions as well. Well done Canberra.

I recently started ordering from GMD, and I’m thoroughly impressed! Their meals are a game-changer for anyone looking to maintain a healthy, balanced diet without sacrificing flavor. The menu offers a great variety of fresh, high-quality meals tailored to fitness goals, with options for different dietary needs. Each dish is perfectly portioned, packed with protein, and tastes amazing—honestly, it doesn’t feel like “diet food” at all! The ordering process on their website is super easy, pick up is super easy and when I was time poor and forgot to pick my order up they delivered it the next day, with meals arriving fresh and well-packaged. I also appreciate how they clearly list nutritional info, making it simple to track calories. GMD has made healthy eating convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend them to anyone. Five stars!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. The meals from GMD are a game changer. One of my work colleagues recommended them so I thought I'd give them a try. Both my husband and I are super impressed. The meals are really fresh, well cooked and packed with flavour. They are far and away the best pre-prepared meals I've ever had. They have a great range, their pricing is super reasonable, their meals are clearly marked with nutritional info (so great if your tracking food intake) and their customer service is amazing. They are also a local small business, and I love supporting Canberra folk. It saves me shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning. Seriously, there is no going back to any other pre-packaged meals for us! Do yourself a favour and give them a try - you'll be glad you did.

Becoming a GMD customer is probably one of the smartest things I’ve ever done. I’m still blown away by how incredible these meals are. They are restaurant-level delicious while keeping health and balanced nutrition as the priority. I’ve ordered lunches and dinners every week for about eight months now and have tried a huge range of the menu. I have not had a single bad meal. Every dish is consistently fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and packed with flavour. There is simply no competition when it comes to this type of product. My husband and I are hitting our health and fitness goals faster than ever before, and GMD deserves real credit for that. They’ve made eating well feel like the easiest part of our day - no stress, no overthinking, just consistently great food ready to go. Delivery is easy, reliable, and professional, and I love being able to recycle the box each week! Whenever I've popped in to collect my meals instead, the service has been friendly and efficient. I absolutely love GMD Meals. The meals are consistently delicious, fresh, and of excellent quality. I started ordering from them last year, and every experience has been outstanding truly a 12 out of 10. There is a great variety of options to choose from, and my personal favourite is the Chimichurri Steak. As an Argentinian, I can honestly say it’s exceptional and one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend GMD Meals. They are a fantastic business, and their delivery service is always reliable and professional, with meals left safely as requested.
